Frequently Asked Questions
Getting Started
What is Creative Classroom?
Creative Classroom is a school fundraising service that turns children’s artwork into beautifully printed products that families love to buy and keep.
How does it work?
Schools choose a fundraiser, children create artwork in class, we professionally prepare it for print, and finished products are delivered ready to distribute.
Is it difficult to organise?
Not at all — we guide you step-by-step and make the process easy for teachers and coordinators.
What types of schools can take part?
Primary schools across Ireland — large or small, rural or urban.
Payments & Support
What support do schools get?
We support you at every stage — choosing your project, artwork guidance, preparing for print, and delivery.
What if something arrives damaged or incorrect?
We take quality seriously. If there’s an issue, we’ll work with your school to put it right.
How do we make payment?
You will be invoiced via email and the invoice will contain a link to an online payment terminal where you can pay by card. You are also welcome to pay by cash our card at our office.

Ordering & Fundraising
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Minimum quantities may apply depending on the product. We’ll confirm this when planning your fundraiser.
Can we choose which products we want to offer?
Yes — we’ll help you choose products that suit your school and fundraising goals.
How much can our school raise?
It depends on the product and number of orders, but schools receive a generous share of the profits. We’ll provide guidance once you decide your fundraiser.
Artwork & Templates
Does the artwork need to be “perfect”?
No — every child’s artwork is perfect as it is. We celebrate creativity, individuality and effort.
Do you supply templates?
Yes. We provide clear, age-appropriate templates and guidelines to make artwork simple and stress-free.
Can every child do the same design?
Yes — or each child can create something unique. Both options work brilliantly.
What materials should children use?
Felt-tip pens, markers, crayons and bold colours work best. Very light pencil and glittery/reflective materials are best avoided for printing. Check out our artwork guidelines here.
Can you fix mistakes or redraw artwork?
We never redraw or change a child’s work. We only clean up scans and adjust brightness/contrast where needed for print quality.
Production & Delivery
How long does the full process take?
Most fundraisers run over a few weeks from artwork creation to delivery. Timelines vary depending on the project type and time of year.
Where are products made?
Artwork is professionally prepared and printed at our office in Finsklin, Sligo.
Do you deliver to the school?
Yes — finished products are delivered neatly packaged and ready for distribution. You can also collect the products from our office if you wish.
Can we run a fundraiser for a specific occasion?
Yes — we recommend booking early for seasonal events, especially Christmas.
Can artwork be changed after submission?
In most cases we aim to accommodate changes but if production has already taken place you may be charged for reprinting.
