The School Fundraising Process (Step-by-Step)

Creative Classroom fundraising projects are designed to be easy to organise, enjoyable for pupils, and hassle-free for teachers. From the first idea to finished products, we guide you every step of the way.

1.Choose Your Fundraiser

Choose the fundraising project that suits your school and class — from seasonal projects like Christmas, Easter or St. Patrick’s Day, to milestones such as Communions, Confirmations and School Leavers.

We’ll help you select the products that work best for your pupils’ age group and fundraising goals.

2.Pupils Create Their Artwork

Children create their artwork in class using our clear, age-appropriate templates and guidelines.

Projects are designed so every child can take part, regardless of ability — focusing on creativity, fun and self-expression rather than perfection.

3.Send the Artwork to Us

Once artwork is complete, schools send it to us by post or digital upload.

We carefully check, prepare and professionally adjust each design to ensure the best possible print quality, while always respecting the child’s original artwork.
